Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ms. Shaista Bano Gilani is a senior corporate, regulatory and economic policy expert with over 21 years of experience. Currently a Member of NADRA, she previously served as Member and Acting Chairperson of the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) and Deputy Registrar of SECP. She is also an Independent Director on the boards of Sindh Bank Limited and Thatta Cement Company Limited, and chairs the Audit and HR Committees of Sindh Bank. Besides she is a consultant to various private sector and multidisciplinary organizations. Her expertise includes corporate governance, regulatory strategy, competition law, financial sector advisory and market entry facilitation for multinational and domestic organizations.
